We want to thank you for your excellent efforts to find us a house in this ridiculously priced market. We probably ran you around pretty good with our requirements for square footage, age, price, and location, but you kept up, trying to get us to fit without rearranging our priorities too much. Unfortunately, San Diego and Riverside counties are just too expensive for the type house we need.
Our home in Hesperia is coming together rather nicely. We got the backyard landscaped now and are enjoying the pool. The weather is actually quite pleasant in comparison to Escondido and D’og is enjoying the yard and the birds.

I have worked with Doreen in the past and in June of 2006, once again required her services to sell a single family home in San Diego. As the Administrator of an Estate, it was imperative that the transaction was detailed carefully and that the property sold in a timely manner.
It was sold in seven days – yes, I said seven days, which is definitely “in a timely manner”!
